  14.              A variety of electronic publications are available from  The 
  15.         Writer's  Exchange.   All of the works I have seen used  the  SEE 
  16.         file  viewer  from  Pinnacle Software.  This  program  scceses  a 
  17.         separate ASCII file and displays it with the use of the PG UP and 
  18.         PG DN keys, plus a "find" search facility.
  19.         
  20.              PUZZLER'S  DIGEST is concerned with word puzzles, mostly  of 
  21.         the find-a-word-in-a-letter matrix type.
  22.         
  23.              RADICAL DIALECT by Geno is a collection of poems,  primarily 
  24.         on  gay  and  political themes.  Approxomately  fifty  poems  are 
  25.         included in the collection.
  26.         
  27.              WRITER'S  EXCHANGE  is a newsletter related to  writing  and 
  28.         publishing.   It  is  available on paper and on  disk.   A  great 
  29.         number of writers contribute articles, and the subject matter  is 
  30.         broad.  In includes a listing of small publications and what they 
  31.         want for submissions.  WRITER'S EXCHANGE is published  quarterly, 
  32.         and a subscription costs $12.00.
